We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Cold Caller. The role involves conducting cold calls to potential clients, generating leads, and assisting with client outreach in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce real estate services and generate leads.

- Identify and qualify prospects based on their interest in buying, selling, or renting properties.

- Maintain a professional and courteous phone demeanor to build rapport and trust with potential clients.

- Update and maintain CRM with accurate details of each call and interaction.

- Set appointments for property viewings and meetings with clients.

- Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication.

- Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure smooth communication.

- Meet daily/weekly call targets.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).

- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection professionally.

- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Positive attitude and interest in real estate.
