Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Interior Design, Decoration Design, or related fields.
- Over 2 years of experience as a Client Manager in a home decoration design company.
- Familiar with home decoration design processes and the building materials market.
- Strong communication skills and client service awareness, capable of building good client relationships.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a team spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Chinese & English with basic business communication skills.
- Hold a driver's license and be willing to travel for business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseas Market Client Relationship Management:
- Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients in overseas markets, establishing long-term stable relationships.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to understand needs and feedback, adjusting service strategies accordingly.
- Maintain client profiles, recording information and communication for effective relationship management.
2. Project Proposal Development:
- Communicate deeply with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the design team to create renovation design proposals that meet budget and style requirements.
- Ensure smooth implementation of design proposals through communication with the construction team.
- Clearly explain design proposals to clients and secure their approval.
3. Project Progress Tracking:
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Regularly communicate project status to clients and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Ensure project quality meets client expectations.
4. Resource Coordination:
- Communicate with the procurement department to ensure timely material supply.
- Coordinate with the construction team to maintain progress and quality.
- Resolve design changes with the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Client Complaint Handling:
- Address client complaints promptly, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
- Track the resolution of complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Summarize complaints to improve service processes and prevent recurrence.
6. Client Feedback Collection:
- Establish a feedback mechanism to gather client opinions on design proposals, construction quality, and service attitude.
- Regularly analyze feedback to identify service shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Market Information Gathering:
- Stay informed about trends in the home decoration design industry and current design styles.
- Collect competitor information to analyze their strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide references for the company's market strategy development.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, construction, and procurement departments to ensure project success.
- Actively participate in team meetings to share experiences and improve team efficiency.

Pay: AED10,500.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
