We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by getting information of the owner's property.

Key Responsibilities:

Call property owners in Abu Dhabi to gather information about their properties. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all owner interactions. Follow up with property owners as needed to collect additional details or provide updates. Ensure a positive and professional relationship with property owners. Stay informed on the real estate market in Abu Dhabi to assist property owners.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or call centers preferred. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus. Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficient in using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems). Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
