Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agents:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and legal requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.

Real Estate Brokers:

Oversee transactions and manage client portfolios.

Guide and support agents in achieving sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.

Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.

- Qualification: Relevant real estate certification is preferred.
