Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate Brokerage

Company Overview: We are a dynamic startup real estate brokerage firm in Abu Dhabi, specializing in off-plan and primary sales, as well as leasing and secondary sales for both commercial and residential properties. Our dedicated team comprises sales consultants, leasing consultants, and administrative support. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead and elevate our sales and leasing teams, driving company growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales and leasing consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass company revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing networks and cultivate new relationships with developers and agencies in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of real estate market trends and developments within the UAE to inform strategic decisions.
• Process Oversight: Ensure adherence to company processes, including CRM management and lead handling protocols.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the UAE real estate sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing sales teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including key developers and agencies.
• Language Proficiency: Native Arabic speaker with professional-level English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Licenses: Possession of an Abu Dhabi broker license is highly preferred; RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and sales abilities, with a solid grasp of marketing strategies pertinent to real estate.
• Transportation: Must own a vehicle and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Compensation:
• Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
• Commission: 5-7% of total monthly company revenue from sales and leasing commissions, based on performance.
