Job Description

sWe are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for Real Estate Brokerage to manage our operations and lead the dynamic team of brokers. As a key member of the management team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of property sales, purchase, rentals, and development
Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads
Negotiate and finalize sale, purchase, and rental agreements on behalf of clients
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards
Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business performance
Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and oversee collections
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
At least 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai
Valid RERA Brokerage License
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a plus
Valid UAE driving license
Preferably European nationalities

Benefits

Salary will be up to 30000
Commission and incentives will be based on performance
