Job Description
The Real Estate Broker position in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the property market. As a broker, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and navigating the dynamic real estate landscape of Dubai. With a minimum of three years of experience, you will leverage your knowledge to help clients buy and sell properties while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.Responsibilities: * Assist clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai (ready or off-plan).
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and investors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide clients with guidance on property investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese, Russian, Arabic is a plus but not a must.
