ABOUT THE ROLEUnique Property is looking to hire Client Managers specializing in Secondary Market. They will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it. The ideal candidate should have experience of at least a year in secondary sales in Dubai.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends and identify their needs and preferences
Generating leads (buyers and/or sellers) in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
Promote sales through available advertisement channels, open houses, events, etc.
Ensure that listings of properties are posted with genuine information about location, features, square footage, etc. and that are made in compliance with all necessary regulation
Plan and conducts viewings of properties to present to potential buyers or acquire potential sellers
Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the secondary property value
Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers and sellers
Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools
Follow proper documentation process for every transaction to ensure full compliance with the UAE real estate market rules and regulations
Stay updated with market trends and conditions and counsel clients on all property-related matters, prices and mortgage opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team and suggest new and innovative ideas for lead generation
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
Be involved in the preparation of loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction
Provide clients with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process and ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai Secondary Market preferred
UAE driving license and a car is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with both: sellers and buyers
Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication and networking skills
Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy
Ability to work independently with great dedication
Confident decision maker with a can do attitude
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
