: Real Estate Sales Broker in Dubai

Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Broker in Dubai, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals to meet their real estate needs and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during site visits, addressing their queries and concerns.

Sales and Negotiation:Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and finalize property deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers.
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on the real estate market in Dubai, including property prices, supply and demand trends, and regulatory changes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide recommendations to clients.
Monitor competitor activities, marketing strategies, and pricing to stay ahead in the market.

Documentation and Administration:Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems and databases.
Prepare and review property-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
Coordinate with relevant parties, including property owners, developers, lawyers, and financial institutions, to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Professional Networking:Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance industry knowledge and expand professional networks.
Collaborate with real estate developers, property management companies, and industry professionals to foster partnerships and business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Broker in Dubai or a similar competitive market.
• A valid real estate license issued by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property types, locations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages such as Arabic would be an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
