- 1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales or Leasing)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Impressive personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
