Core Responsibilities

A real estate agent who oversees the entire process of buying or selling a property is known as a property consultant. As their clients get ready to make the biggest buy or sell of their lives, consultants who are educated about the real estate market offer them expert advice.

• Throughout the course of the real estate transaction, consult with customers and give them guidance on how to advertise their home and position themselves to buy a home.
• Overseeing and negotiating the conditions of the contracts for the sales and purchases of real estate
• Recognize your local real estate market and be prepared to consult with customers on it.
• Give advice and support to sellers and buyers so they can market and acquire property at the right price and with the best conditions.
• Determine the needs and financial capacity of the client to offer solutions that are appropriate for them.
• Consult with customers throughout the negotiation process regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal
• Present and promote real estate to potential purchasers.
• Upkeep and updating of available property listings
• Maintain your knowledge of real estate markets and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• UAE Driver's License is Mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai
• Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial, & a Team Player
• Strong Communication Skills
• Excellent Ability to Manage & Execute Tasks Assigned
