Bliss Real Estate has available positions for motivated individuals experienced in
- Off-plan properties
- Ready to move-in units
- Leasing
- Throughout the course of the real estate transaction, consult with customers and give them guidance on how to advertise their home and position themselves to buy a home.
- Overseeing and negotiating the conditions of the contracts for the sales and purchases of real estate
- Recognize your local real estate market and be prepared to consult with customers on it.
- Give advice and support to sellers and buyers so they can market and acquire property at the right price and with the best conditions.
- Determine the needs and financial capacity of the client to offer solutions that are appropriate for them.
- Consult with customers throughout the negotiation process regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal
- Present and promote real estate to potential purchasers.
- Upkeep and updating of available property listings
- Maintain your knowledge of real estate markets and ethical standards.
- UAE Drivers License is Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai
- Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial, & a Team Player
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Ability to Manage & Execute Tasks Assigned
