Position: Real Estate Broker (Commission-Based)

Location: Sharjah

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and cultivate leads to build a client portfolio in the Sharjah real estate market.

- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive pricing strategies.

- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on market trends, financing options, and legal requirements.

- Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate laws and regulations.

- Utilize marketing tools and platforms to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and agencies to expand networking opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market.

- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
