Job Type: Full-Time, Commission- Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Analyze market trends and property values to advise clients wisely.
• Network and generate leads to increase sales opportunities.
• Guide clients through the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Negotiate property sales and purchases, securing the best possible terms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property inventory, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong drive for success in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage, analyze, and prioritize tasks.
• Current Real Estate Broker License (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English speaker is required, Multilingual Advantageous)
