Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and competent Real Estate Broker that should be able to perform the role of intermediary between landlord/ seller and tenant/ buyer. The following are more duties and responsibilities a Real Estate Broker should be able to execute:

• Follow up with buyers/channel partners/developers
• Client viewings / meetings
• Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities
• Source potential clients and establish a good work relationship
• Sets goals and strives to achieve them
• Ensure potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate information
• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• All nationality welcome
• Full-time commitment.
• Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
• Fresher or Real Estate Experienced (Minimum 1 Year).
• Discipline, organized, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work as a part of the team.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer Skills, Ms. Windows & MS Office.
• Tidy appearance
• Excellent negotiator
• Well organized and detail-oriented
