Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in renting properties.

Market properties through online listings, open houses, and networking.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with real estate laws.

Guide clients through property inspections, financing, and closing processes.

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.

Supervise and mentor real estate agents (if applicable).

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales and brokerage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and financing options.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.

Proficiency in real estate software and marketing tools.
