Requirements:

Proven experience

in the real estate market in Dubai (minimum 2 years preferred).

Excellent knowledge

of Dubai's property laws, market trends, and negotiation skills. Strong

networking abilities

to establish relationships with clients, developers, and investors.

Valid UAE Driver's License and Car

is a must, as the role involves visiting properties and meeting clients across the city.

Fluency in English

(Arabic and other languages are a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. Provide expert advice on property investment, rental yields, and market trends. Conduct property viewings and negotiations on behalf of clients. Maintain and grow client base through relationship-building and referrals. Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and regulatory changes in Dubai's real estate market.
