Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.



Property Listings: Source, list, and market properties for sale or rent using various channels.



Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive listings to provide clients with up-to-date advice.



Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and favorable outcome for all parties.



Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.



Documentation: Assist clients with legal and financial paperwork, ensuring compliance with local regulations.



Networking: Build a strong network of contacts, including property developers, landlords, and other brokers.



Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.



Targets: Work to achieve and exceed sales and rental targets set by the company.



Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the Dubai market.



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.



Certification: Must possess a valid RERA Broker ID card.



Skills:

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.



Excellent verbal and written communication.



Proficient in property management software and MS Office.



Ability to work independently and under pressure.



Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.



Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and client-focused.
