Job Description
Wexe2x80x99re looking for passionate, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team at our office in Dubai as Real Estate Broker on a commission-only basis. About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase exclusive listings.
- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Actively source leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Proven experience in real estate (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused individuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed)
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
