Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and licensed Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will work closely with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and property values.

- Provide clients with advice on pricing, marketing, and negotiations.

- Develop and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.

- Prepare and present market analysis to clients.

- Show properties to potential buyers and conduct open houses.

- Manage and maintain listings on multiple platforms.

- Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Valid real estate license in Dubai.

- Proven experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
