Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Off-Plan Agent. The Real Estate Off-Plan Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as promoting and selling off-plan properties, providing excellent customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The agent will also collaborate with developers, real estate agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of the real estate market and real property
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with Dubai's real estate market is a plus
