: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert advice, market insights, and exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
• Provide market analysis and property evaluations
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and contacts
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations
• Coordinate property transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or willingness to learn
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software (MLS, CRM systems)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
