Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Property Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and providing expert advice on the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized service and expert advice to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Property Transactions:
• Facilitate property transactions, including listing, marketing, showing, and closing deals.
• Conduct property appraisals and market evaluations to determine competitive pricing.
• Negotiation:
• Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments.
• Provide clients with up-to-date information on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Documentation:
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Networking:
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including other brokers, agents, lenders, and legal professionals.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business prospects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Property Broker or similar role in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
