We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents and coordinating the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, ensuring that all legal and financial obligations are met.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses to showcase available properties to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the real estate market to better advise clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
• Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
• Proven experience as a real estate broker or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms.
• Availability to work flexible hours.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
