Job Title: Real Estate Broker

Location: Dubai - UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Prospect for new clients through networking, advertising, and referrals.

Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, such as open houses, online listings, and social media campaigns.

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and agreements.

Ensure all terms of the purchase contracts are met before closing dates.

Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood demographics.

Provide clients with comparative market analyses to help them make informed decisions.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Basic computer skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Professional appearance and attitude.

In-depth understanding of the real estate market and local property trends.

Currently located in Dubai, UAE.
