As a key point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers, you will play a crucial role in promoting properties for sale, offering advice to interested buyers, and securing mutually satisfactory agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Property Listings : Create compelling property listings and effectively market them to attract potential buyers.
• Client Relationships : Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate process.
• Market Insights : Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and inventory.
• Negotiations : Skillfully negotiate terms and prices to achieve successful transactions.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate Broker License : Must hold a valid real estate broker license.
• Proven Experience : Demonstrated success in real estate transactions.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
