B S M Property, a leading real estate firm based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and licensed Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about the Dubai property market and possess strong negotiating skills to manage property sales and acquisitions for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of properties for clients.
- Perform comparative market analysis to establish property values.
- Develop marketing strategies for properties on listings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate transactions and manage the stages of the buying and selling process.
- Coordinate property closings and oversee the signing of documents.
- Proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
- Possession of a valid RERA card.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in Dubai real estate.
