Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the local real estate market well, including what\'s popular, property values, and rules.
Good at negotiating and talking to people, able to build lasting relationships.
Stay informed about what\'s happening in the market.
Really good at marketing and presenting properties using digital tools.
Organized and good at managing time, can handle many deals at once.
Desirable Candidates who have a valid real estate broker license (Not required)

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in Dubai Real Estate
Proven track record as a Real Estate Broker or in a similar capacity, consistently exceeding targets and successfully closing deals.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate industry, both off plan & secondary. (we have multiple openings)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated, Target oriented with positive approach.
English / Arabic / French / Hindi / Urdu / Chinese / Russian.
