Requirements :

- English fluency is a must (additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, and German would be a plus).

- Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Strong Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

- RERA certification is a plus

- Valid driving license (preferably)

- ?Able to start Immediately

Responsibilities:

- Generating new business using provided client database, leads and existing network.
- Handling client inquiries regarding the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate properties.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals
- Conducting real estate market analysis
- Negotiating contractual terms and further processing real estate transactions.
- Notifying clients of relevant information regarding suitable offers, promotions, and sales launches.
- Compiling reports on work completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Filming properties and subsequently posting them on social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc...
- Creating and updating a database of real estate properties with photos on the company's platform, websites, and social media.
- Conducting advertising campaigns using media resources.
- Collaborating with colleagues, coordinating activities and settling achievable goals
