Responsibilities:

• Present properties to potential buyers or renters and address their inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and open houses.
• Collaborate with other real estate agents, lenders, and service providers to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
• Customer focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Experience working with diverse clientele from various nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
