Job Description

Luxbury Properties LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the Dubai property market, and a valid Dubai driving license.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Management : Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions.

- Property Listings : Manage property listings, including new acquisitions and existing portfolios, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.

- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

- Sales & Leasing : Facilitate property sales and leasing transactions, including negotiations, contract preparation, and closing deals.

- Property Tours : Arrange and conduct property tours and viewings, providing clients with detailed information and insights.

- Networking : Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and industry professionals to generate leads and opportunities.

- Documentation : Ensure all real estate transactions are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in Dubai.

- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid Dubai driving license.

- RERA certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
