H & S Real Estate, Ajman is looking for highly experienced, innovative and competent Real Estate Brokers for their Ajman Office. The potential candidate should be able to perform the role of intermediary between landlord/seller and tenant/buyer. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Follow up with clients, should be target oriented. \xc2\xb7 Arrange Client viewings / meetings \xc2\xb7 Generate potential leads to buy, sell, and rent properties. \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle negotiations and contracts to close the deals. \xc2\xb7 Counsel clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages ** Candidates should have an excellent command in English.
