We are currently seeking a number of experienced Real Estate Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties
• Show various properties to prospective buyers in order to showcase options and help them find the right property.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations.
• Processing incoming/out-coming calls from potential clients.
• Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
• Maintaining sales targets set by the Head of sales.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (other languages will be an advantage).
• Should be based in UAE.
• Minimum1-2 years experience in Real Estate industry (UAE).
• Proven track record of Real Estate Sales.
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Well-presented and a good work ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
