This is a commission-only role. Earnings are performance-based, with average monthly earnings of AED 3,000 and top performers earning AED 15,000 or more.

As a Real Estate Broker, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, rent, or lease properties while providing top-notch service and fostering long-term relationships. With our extensive portfolio, marketing tools, and support, you'll have the platform to succeed and maximize your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a network of clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their real estate needs.
• Market properties effectively through online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the property, community, and surrounding areas.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate laws, market trends, and developments.
• Maintain and update property listings on CRM and online portals.
• Collaborate with the team to generate leads and close deals efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but freshers with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market or willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
• RERA certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain it).
