Marketing & Networking: Represent the company through networking, referrals, and marketing activities to generate leads and expand your client base.
Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends, laws, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Real Estate Broker License.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent.
Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Proficient in real estate software and tools (MLS, CRM, etc.).
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Prior experience managing a real estate team or office.
Advanced certifications in real estate (e.g., ABR, CRS, GRI).
