Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, a passion for helping clients, and a proven track record in real estate transactions. You will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to advise clients on pricing, trends, and property values.

Property Listings: Manage and promote property listings using various marketing strategies, including online platforms, social media, and open houses.

Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Showings: Organize and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and tenants.

Networking: Cultivate a network of real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to enhance service offerings.

Continual Learning: Stay updated on local market conditions, zoning regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.

Valid real estate broker's license in Abu Dhabi.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a real estate agent or broker.

Strong understanding of property valuation, financing, and real estate contracts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in real estate software and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and transactions.

Must be fluent in English (other languages Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Urdu is a Plus Point)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
