Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.

Property Listings:

Identify and list new properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and appealing property descriptions and photographs.

Market Research:

Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, property values, and competition.

Negotiation:

Negotiate property sales and rental agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.

Client Tours:

Conduct property tours and viewings, providing detailed information about the properties and their features.

Sales Targets:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Documentation:

Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of successful transactions. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software. Valid UAE driving license.
