Job Responsibilities:

• Find Clients: Generate new leads and build strong client relationships.
• Manage Listings: Create and update property listings with accurate details and high-quality photos.
• Market Research: Stay informed about property values and market trends.
• Client Meetings: Understand client needs and provide expert advice.
• Show Properties: Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate Deals: Handle negotiations to secure the best deals for clients.
• Handle Transactions: Oversee the transaction process from start to finish.
• Prepare Documents: Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in real estate software.
• UAE driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
