Position Overview:

DMAXX Properties is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Property Consultant with 2 to 4 years of off-plan real estate experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Dubai market and possess the drive to excel in facilitating property transactions. Fluency in French and German is required, with additional language skills such as Arabic being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.
• Property Listings: Create, manage, and update property listings to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitive prices and trends.
• Property Showings: Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiations: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable agreements for all parties.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
• Marketing: Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance property visibility through online listings, social media, and open houses.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, or Bilingual is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of off-plan real estate experience in Dubai.
• Demonstrated success in property sales or rentals with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
