As a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in real estate activities, ensuring a smooth process. Job Location: UMM HURAIR, OUD METHA DUBAI, U.A.E Number of Positions: 15 Key Responsibilities as a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent: -Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract. - Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. - Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers. - Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. - Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. - Arrange for title searchers to determine whether clients have clear property titles. Experience & Other Requirements: -At least 2-3 years of experience in the Secondary Market. - Fluency in English and Arabic will be a plus point. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Pleasant personality.
