Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Reporting & Coordination:



- Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates on leads, deals, and overall progress.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align strategies with company goals and market demands.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of client activities, deals, and performance metrics.

2.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:



- Actively handle outbound calls to clients and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

- Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.

- Follow up on inquiries promptly to convert leads into successful transactions.

- Work closely with the marketing and telesales teams to generate and nurture leads.

3.

Client Relationship Management:



- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with professionalism and expertise.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with up-to-date market insights and advice.

4.

Property Marketing & Sales:



- Actively market and promote properties through various channels, including online platforms and in-person networking.

- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers and tenants.

- Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and client requirements.

5.

Market Knowledge:



- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, trends, and key developments.

- Research and evaluate market prices to assist clients in making informed decisions.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of off-plan projects and secondary market listings.

6.

Documentation & Compliance:



- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws.

- Assist clients in preparing and submitting required documents for buying, selling, or leasing properties.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.

Requirements:Experience & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in Dubai.

- Must hold a valid RERA certification.

- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.

Skills:



- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales acumen and a results-driven approach.

- Knowledge of property portals.

- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.

- Languages: German, English, Italian, Spanish
