Position Summary :

Responsibilities:
• Property Portfolio Management: Handle a property portfolio for upscale clients.
• Deal Closure: Negotiate and manage expectations to close deals.
• Creative Marketing: Use creative marketing to attract and keep clients.
• Community Connection: Connect with the community for lead generation.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent service to build trust and get referrals.
• Market Adaptability: Continuously learn and adapt to market trends.
• Abu Dhabi Real Estate Expertise: Abu Dhabi Real Estate knowledge is required to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase products and services to prospective clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Sales Goals Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• License in Abu Dhabi Municipality or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
• Abu Dhabi Real Estate knowledge is required.
• Skill in conducting persuasive and compelling sales presentations.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
