•Listing and marketing properties for sale on various portals
•Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
•Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
•Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
•Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
•Maintain regular contact with all clients

About the Candidate Requirements
• Proficient in English, advantageous if you also have Russian and Arabic
• Sales/Leasing Experience in real estate
• Impressive personality with good presentation skills
• Outstanding sales/ lease and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to grow within the company in the long run with our vision
• Driving license and car are advantageous but not mandatory
•Please Note: This Position Is ABU DHABI Based and Commission only.•
•Salary Package 50% commission on the set target.
