What We're Looking For :

• Has successful experience 1 to 2+ years experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Driving license is a Must .

What We Offer :

• Option 1 : Basic Salary 3,500 AED + 35% Commission .
• Option 2 : 50/50 % from Closing the company clients .
• Option 3 : 70/30 % from Closing personal deals
• Employment visa, health insurance, and RERA card
• Dedicated In-House Telesales Support .
• Convenient location on Sheikh Zayed Road .
• All necessary conditions (office , laptop, work sim-card, training, and Mentorship).
• Exposure on all Main Portals in Dubai ( Property Finder . Bayut , Dubizzle )

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service
• Create potential client leads using diverse channels, such as networking, referrals, and online marketing.
• Negotiate terms for property sales and leases.
• Generate new business using client database .
