This role involves helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, offering expert advice and guidance throughout each real estate transaction. The agent must have a strong grasp of local market trends, property values, and legal regulations to ensure clients enjoy a seamless experience. Given Dubais thriving real estate sector, agents are expected to be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled negotiators.Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on property investments and market conditions.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
  • Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
