Job Responsibilities:

Respond to leads on time and do follow-up to convert to appointments and track all client updates using a database system.
Look for properties that meet Client\'s requirement and schedule viewings to close the deal.
Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying and renting process.
Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.
