PROPERTY CONSULTANT/AGENT
:
? Close deals every month.
? Reach minimum target of AED 50,000 net commission every month.
? Bring not less 10 listings every month.
? Write at least 2 articles every month on the UAE real estate.
? Make at least 1 research & analysis every month on the UAE real estate.
? Manage the negotiations between the developer/seller and a potential client.
? Maintain weekly and monthly targets.
? Make no less than 20 meetings with clients every month.
? Attend all trainings and seminars.
? Lead clients on legal requirements, processes, DLD compliance, and related matters.
? Promote lease properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (social media marketing).
? Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
? Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property rental listings.
? Process leads in the CRM system.
? Prepare weekly leads report updates in CRM and Excel.
Brief Requirements:
? Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
? Must have a network of agents/client.
? Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
? Knows how to do weekly leads / report updates.
? Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
? Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
? Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
? Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
? Active in social media.
