Job Description

1. Client Management

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients' property requirements and financial capabilities.

2. Market Research

- Conduct research on market trends, prices, and property values in specific areas of the UAE.

- Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and industry databases.

3. Property Marketing

- Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos, videos, and descriptions.

- Design marketing strategies and manage advertising across online platforms and social media channels.

4. Property Tours and Inspections

- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information on property features and answering client inquiries.

- Advise clients on property conditions and market value to support informed decisions.

5. Negotiation and Transaction Coordination

- Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, ensuring effective communication and agreement on terms.

- Prepare and review necessary documentation and contracts in compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.

6. Compliance and Documentation

- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property regulations and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

- Prepare necessary paperwork, coordinate with legal advisors, and manage financial transactions to secure smooth closing processes.

7. Continuous Learning and Development

- Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and market trends within the UAE.

- Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance skills and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE.

- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property laws and regulations.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software, real estate portals, and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
