About You
We are seeking a driven and experienced Secondary Sales Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess:

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in secondary sales within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in secondary sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and positive relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales transactions.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their secondary sales needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Market and showcase secondary properties, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
• Collaborate with sellers to gather detailed property information and insights.
• Actively engage in networking activities to expand the client base and establish connections with property owners, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process.
