Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers in the secondary real estate market. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Conduct property showings and open houses. Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal results for clients. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Stay informed about market trends and developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the secondary real estate market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for real estate.
• Proficient in using real estate technology and tools (Property finder, Bayut)
